Hello, Spring! Festival

The Hello, Spring! Festival kick-offs The OKC Pop Up Series. Celebrate the opportunity to get outside, soak-up some vitamin-D, and enjoy the warmth of the sun. Spring brings new things to life, so it’s only appropriate that the inaugural festival of The OKC Pop Up Series—an initiative set to bring new activities, new opportunities, and new enterprises to Oklahoma City—starts its series celebrating the season of new things.

Attendees will have their first opportunity to experience the many activities that will become regular, anticipated activities of The Series. A vibrant children’s zone, live music, art, classes and demonstrations, food, and unique shopping experiences are just some of these activities. The featured areas of interest and focus at this festival will be gardening, spring fashions and décor, and a look at local businesses and professionals that offer special summer deals. Find information for area camps for kids, or connect with a tutor or instructor for private lessons you’ll want to book for this summer. Bring the whole family. Enjoy the day and leave with new information that will help you make plans for fun this summer.

Held in Earlywine Park—a gem of a park located in south OKC, Earlywine has loads of amenities among its vast 99-acres!  If you haven’t yet visited Earlywine Park, you must. Plan to spend the day. Enjoy a stroll around the 1.6 mile running/walking trail that traces the park’s perimeter. We're certain you’ll want to make Earlywine Park a regular hang-out spot when summer rolls around, especially when the waterpark and tennis courts located within the park open for season.

Attendance is free! Parking is free! Some parking will be available within the park, itself; however, additional parking will be available at the following locations:

• 40 & 8 Voiture 169—Located across from the Earlywine Park main entrance at 3100 SW 119th Street, OKC, OK 73170
• Southpark Baptist Church—Located on the corner of 119th & May Avenue at 3616 SW 119th Street, OKC, OK 73170
• St. Andrew’s UMC—Located west of May Avenue at 2727 SW 119th Street, OKC, OK 73170

These generous organizations have graciously offered festival attendees the use of their parking lots at no cost. Sidewalks run from each location to Earlywine Park, so attendees can safely walk from their vehicles to the festival and back again with consistent use of sidewalks and crosswalks.
